Because of his silence of not answering or giving opinions, 1 had to delve in my own mind deeper and deeper. In other words, the answers were my own completely & for this reason have stuck with me. Still another client shows the transition between the inaccurate expectation and the actual experience of taking responsibility. At first I tried to figure out what he wanted me to say or do. This is the place where new ideas and things emerge. It is the energy of possibility, where I can! The Creative Current also gives meaning to your own life and to what other people have said and done. You can literally imagine your own life story, and if you imagine something unpleasant, you can reimagine it. Your beliefs and your own sense of self come from your Creative Current, while your Rational Current supports these creative thoughts with practical, logical reasons. And remember, it is the Creative Current that allows you to believe, know, and trust. The Creative Current is the place where you can imagine your dreams and desires as if they were real. You do this by seeing in your mind's eye a color picture of what you strongly desire. Rolling the pictures like a movie, in full color, with intense positive emotion creates an energy field, a vibration that goes out into the world to attract to you what you are imagining. This is manifestation at its most basic, vibrating in harmony with the positive experience. Second, learning how to process and sort information gives you a unique opportunity that other people who don't know about meta-programs will never have. It allows you to adjust, alter, and turn your conduct to help improve your principles, values, decisions, attitudes, habits, acts, and motivation levels. Identifying meta-programs within yourself or others: Identifying meta-programs within yourself or others requires practice and some effort. You have to look for clues within the speech/language of an individual within their behavior, belief systems, and physiology. However, the signs will always be there at times, they can be very subtle, and a person may show traits from two extremes.

It means that the person must exhibit both within a particular meta-program, where there are two possibilities. They'll be somewhere in the center of the two polar-opposites in such cases. It's important to keep in mind how useful they're and how they influence your life and circumstances while defining your meta-programs. When you work through the five meta-programs listed here, you will likely conclude that they don't serve the greater good. I was trying to outguess him or rather to diagnose my case as I thought he would. That didn't pan out. I did all the talking. The Experience of Exploration Thus far the reactions given are those which lead up to therapy, or which make therapy possible. It is in the process of exploration of attitudes that the client first begins to feel that this process in which he is engaged will involve change in himself, of a sort he has not envisaged. He both fears and desires this change which he dimly sees. The attitude toward such exploration is described in these terms by a client after the conclusion of therapy. I remember a good deal of emotional tension in the second interview where I first mentioned homosexuality. I remember that I felt drawn down into myself, into places I didn't want to go, hadn't quite been to before, and yet had to see. You don't have to make it up, or go looking for it, or figure out how to get it. It already exists as a vibrating energy out in the world. Being aware of and using this Creative Current is a different way of living. And with it you step up onto a higher plane and dance with a different and powerful energy field. You also step into a very powerful creative energy flow by calling out to something that is already in existence by stating I am. Restating your I am .

Pay attention to when you use the I am energy. Many people use it for creating lack, for example, saying, I am hungry or I am thirsty. Shift and use it to create financial abundance. Rational adults often ignore the Creative Current or, worse, discount it as something from childhood, until they wonder why there is little that is new in their lives or why they are always wanting and feeling afraid. Five That Meta-Programs A lot of different kinds of meta-programs could be addressed. There are currently more than 50 different types of meta-programs that have been described. This figure is changing all the time, however, as some meta-programs are combined with other related meta-programs, and new meta-programs are introduced. Learning about the different types of meta-programs is fascinating, but there is a lot to learn, and comprehension and processing of this knowledge will take a bit of time. These meta-programs are: The frame of Reference Sort Self and other Form Match or Mismatch Sort Action Sort Necessity or Possibility Sort I think I dreaded this interview more than any of the other early ones because I had been so afraid before counseling began that I would get to that subject. And afraid that I wouldn't. I'm surprised that under those conditions I got to it so soon, particularly since the immediate worry concerned someone's remark, which I had misinterpreted, about the counselor and me. I still remember the warm, acceptant voice of the counselor and my feeling that it was just a little more acceptant than I could be of the fears I was expressing but not enough different to be reassuring in a threatening way. An element which frequently enters into this period of searching is the experiencing of inconsistency in self. When it is possible to talk freely, express attitudes freely, then contradictions are discovered which had never been noticed before.

A clear statement of this feeling is given by Miss Har, a teacher who, some months after counseling, voluntarily wrote her reactions to the experience. Unlike most clients she had listened to some of her recorded interviews after they had been held, and had also read the transcribed interviews later. She thus commences the account of her experience. I know this will be a subjective report and that in a scientific sense it cannot be an accurate description of what really happened. As children we pretended and the imaginary became real for hours at a time. Then we became adults and left our child's play behind and became dull and stoic. Bah humbug! Life without dreams and dreamers, visions and visionaries is drab and dull. It's important to revive the flow of your imagination, especially if it has gone underground. You may wonder why you would want to do this. Or even how. How shows up later in this article. Everything that has been created--jobs, more wealth, new products and movies, various investments, different businesses--all began with some pictures and some idea in someone's mind. And after pictures and the idea came some words to describe and explain it because no one else knew about it. Let's break down each of those five meta-programs, along with suggestions that will help you identify them in others. Besides, we'll also discuss how you can potentially use this information to build relationships, inspire others, and influence your thinking. The frame of Reference Type The Reference Frame can either be internal or external. And a person may have either an internal frame-of-reference or an external frame-of-reference. A person with an internal frame of reference is highly intuitive and self-oriented.

Which means they make choices mostly based on personal feelings and opinions. They have to believe in themselves; Therefore, for influencing, motivating, and building relationships with this individual, you will need to talk about their experiences and encourage them to make up their minds about the problem. An individual with such an outside reference frame is very concentrated on others. Yet I do believe it will have value because in the past eight months -- during and since counseling -- I have felt that in dealing with myself and with counseling I have been and can be honest, really honest. It seems to me that this is the first time in my life that I have been able to feel that this was true about my relationship to anything, as if I had to be free to be honest with myself before I could be so with anything else. I remember clearly when I first began to be aware of this. In the second interview I said of the first: After two or three days I kept wanting to say something -- to correct impressions that weren't quite true -- which were unfavorable to me. And then I thought -- Oh, what the heck, it doesn't make much difference. While I was saying that, I felt baffled because I both believed and didn't believe what I had said the time before. I didn't see how inconsistencies could be true. At first the inconsistencies between what I felt about myself (and said in the counseling session) and what I thought about myself were the most annoying. Later, inconsistencies between one interview and another bothered me much more. I was enjoying the feeling of being honest for the first time, and I didn't like this apparent evidence of untruth. Then it became more words, or a diagram that could be talked about and shared. So out in the area of your life called the unknown resides whatever you are not currently experiencing and long to have in your life, like more wealth and abundance. It is not present right here, right now, within the vibrational frequencies that allow you to touch it with your body. It may not yet even exist in physical form! There may be no words to describe it, if it is totally new. Creating it means you move out into the unknown.
