When you are ready to come back and reintegrate, gently stretch your body and open your eyes, take your left hand and touch your right forearm, then elbow. Take your right hand and touch your left elbow, then forearm. Touch your toes and the floor with both hands. Take some deep full breaths, relax, and go to bed. Breathe and say the om sound for about twenty minutes total. Your heart's desires have gone out into the universe on the vibration of creation in the morning and completion at the end of your day, the beginning and end of a creative sound meditation. Be at peace. The Divine Spirit is listening to your heart and your desire for abundance. Constantly Creating You are and have been creating constantly all of your life. This is why it takes urgency to impact. To build urgency, ask questions that allow individuals to consider the issue, consider what-ifs, and understand the implications. Use a series of simple probes that gently move the conversation closer to the real issue, such as questions like What are your worries about the debt you are building up? Your purpose is to direct individuals to see the possible effect of indecision. Gain dedication. Most individuals are not only prepared to commit to change, such as actually ending a harmful addiction or leaving a negative relationship or working environment. A moment of reality, a moment of determination needs to be there. Ask the most significant question that has never been asked: Are you committed to making a change? Shift Initiate. We all have to know the phrase, You only have one chance to make a first impression.

Why not just decide whether or not to take this one? So then it became clear that the only objection to this job is that I would not get the holiday I so badly need, and would have to start in feeling tired and rushed and unprepared. But one doesn't turn down good jobs just because one wants a holiday. And why not? Because one has to work to eat. But I don't have to work to eat, what's that got to do with me? Well, people who do have to, have used that against me so often that I feel as if I have to act as if I were one of them. Well, well, came the dawn, and I refused the offer. Following this, I was able to take account of the fact that there's a good chance that the offer will be repeated next year, and that there are two other excellent jobs being kept open for me if the job I am hoping for doesn't materialize, or folds up. So there's no real basis for a sense of pressure and haste. Now you are becoming aware of how to do it and how to focus on what your heart desires, rather than drawing to you what you don't want. You are a magnificent cocreator. How do I know? Because you are here breathing and have been all of your life. Your breath is your connection to the Divine Spirit. With every desire you have breathed energy, yours and the Divine Spirit's, as you have gone through your life and sent your energy out ahead of you. This is the essence of the Creative Current--opening your imaginative mind freely to your fundamental longings and heart's desires. Your Rational Current has patiently taken in all this information. Let's turn and allow it to surface, shine, and shape your finances accordingly. The Rational Current

When it comes to initiating improvement, that one chance typically boils down to about 45 seconds. This makes it especially necessary for your opener. The worst opener: I need to talk to you. Not great, right? Resolve objections. For people to resist change is human nature. They may be afraid of change, may think that it is not important, or may feel that there is no rush. The good news here? People, if they have at least one objection, are more likely to change their minds. You must explain, clarify, clarify to resolve objections. I realized too, that the feeling of having to choose between two jobs also arose from the notion that I had to act as if I had to work to eat. And now I have the most agreeable feeling that a great many decisions, and not just in this area either, are going to be much easier for me, and a lot of other psychological puzzles and problems resolved in a greater synthesis. This is a pervasive therapy -- something that gets into the blood stream, not a poultice applied locally. It is of some interest that the question of deciding about these positions had not come into the first interview at all, perhaps because the client did not feel safe enough to discuss important issues, perhaps because of the brevity of the interview. This would appear to be a good description of the way in which therapy is a releasing agent between interviews. The client finds it safer to look at experience as it is, and finds this most satisfying. It is this type of occurrence which also seems to bring an inner, often unverbalized conviction to the client that something is happening in his psychological organization and functioning, and this makes it worthwhile to bear the pain. Another sequel to our interview is the awful psychic misery -- something I have become familiar with in the confessional. It always precedes some real step forward, and cannot be ignored. And now there are the dreams.

Thinking is its main purpose--dealing with concepts in your mind. When you want to get something done in an orderly fashion, the Rational Current is what you turn to. You use the energy of this current to: Your Rational Current favors order and is used when you complete tasks, require discipline, take things in a step-by-step pattern or sequence in a rational, linear manner. It seeks proof; It seeks input from others, and it also dismisses information and people. Your Rational Current can race in circles, thinking the same thoughts over and over attempting to do more with less--the classic insomniac pattern. The give-it-a-rest solution is suggested, but like the rat in the wheel, people's Rational Current just keeps going until it drops from exhaustion. Here sleep is fitful and the person rises to step back into the pattern from the day before. Here is where the Ws reside: the Whys, Whens, Whats, Whos, Worries, and Wants that fill your thought patterns with lots of downward-spiraling, negative energy. You can only then get to the bottom of the worries of others and differentiate between genuine objections and procrastination. Anchoring is a neuro-linguistic programming term for the mechanism by which memory recall, change of state, or other responses are associated with (anchored to some stimuli, such that knowledge of the stimulus (the anchor) contributes to the reflex anchored reaction. The rewards may be very indifferent or even out of conscious consciousness, and the reaction may be either favourable or negative. Repeated experiences may affect and enhance these, and are therefore analogous to classical conditioning. In essence, basic NLP anchoring includes producing a strong, harmonious awareness of the ideal state by utilising any notable stimuli (touch, word, sight) at the moment this is most completely realised. In several ways, repeating the stimuli will associate and reestablish state information. There are refinements and complexity involved in placing anchors in this manner, and complexities needed to arrange them correctly and to prevent accidentally neutralising them throughout the setup phase. History of Anchoring: The first recorded reference to Anchoring came from a man called Edwin Twitmire from his study on the knee jerk reaction (Edwin Twitmire, probably because of a non-status name, does not get much into the history articles). The well-named Ivan Pavlov is the one everybody recognises, because of the dogs and bells (though he actually used a tuning fork).

First the horrible one where some of the dynamics of my problem were stated, but which fortunately contained the assurance that the old motivation is dying out. Then the pleasanter one which seems to say the new, free, vital motive has got the old one well in hand. Written after the Second Interview The material is titled, significantly, Three hours post-operatively. I'm just so miserable and discouraged that I can scarcely bring myself to write this. What's the use of it all? A sea, a rising tide of chaotic emotions rises up from deep, deep within me, and threatens to overwhelm me. Or is it emotions? Is it instead a thousand conflicting sensations? All the sensations that arose out of all the separate events of my life, both external and internal, and that under ordinary circumstances are organized into patterns of emotion and thought? This current also holds judgments, sees errors, and overrides all of the other currents. It just shuts down when there is an overload of stimuli and emotions and you have gotten too little rest or sleep for too long. Innovation is not the Rational Current's strong suit. It judges ideas before they have been allowed to unfold and flower, which stops most innovative processes. In fact, relying on your Rational Current for new ideas could leave you standing out in the cold. The West favors the Rational Current. For centuries, westerners have preferred this current to all others. Few of us even realize that our rational mind turns on and engages almost as soon as we open our eyes. For many of us, our mind continues to race late into the night, keeping us awake and dominating our lives. We notice and categorize, make decisions, think about things, drive ourselves crazy with the rehashing of old ideas, criticize and judge.
